Booking & Payment

• You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• All bookings must include valid credit card details.
• Any cancellations or booking changes must be made in writing.
• Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for the original booking.
• A 2% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
• In the case of a no-show, the full accommodation cost will be charged.

Cancellations

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of any payments made.
• Within 30 days of arrival: No refund; full booking cost will be charged.
• If payments are not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected changes.
• Twizel Retreats is not responsible for any costs or losses incurred due to cancellations for any reason.

No Smoking Policy

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, Twizel Retreats is strictly a non-smoking property.

• Smoking is not permitted inside and outside the accommodation.
• If evidence of smoking is found inside the accommodation (including smell, ash, or cigarette butts), a minimum cleaning fee of $300 will be charged.

Child Policy

• Guests under 18 years of age are considered children and must be accompanied by an adult to stay. There is no charge for children under 2 years old.

Pet Policy

• No pets are allowed on the property.

• Check-in: From 3:00pm to 10pm
• Check-out: By 10:00am
